How to Book?

You can use our Booking Form on the Home page or just send us an e-mail. Our booking process is quick, simple and secure, and bookings can be made online 24 hours a day. All bookings are refundable if cancelled 24 hours prior to the transfer pickup time.

If you have any additional requirements please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds - it's so simple

Just let us know at least 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time and we’ll refund your payment, it’s that simple!

Do I have to print the Booking Confirmation Voucher?

The print voucher is not necessary to present to the driver. In case you didn’t print it, just show to the driver your confirmation email or any ID Document.

Delayed Flight?

–  We will monitor your flight for any delays
–  Your driver will meet you after you clear customs
–  The driver will be holding a sign TonyTransfers.de or with your name printed on it,

 

Can I Book on Arrival?

 

Sure, You can try, but for us to confirm and arrange a car to come to the Airport we need at least 1 hour. Please try to make your reservation at least 24 hours before arrival.  In case of having less than 24 hours, please contact Customer Support to check availability. This can be done quickly via 017658986858

Do I receive any Booking Confirmation Voucher?

Once payment is made, you will receive confirmation email from TonyTransfers.de
